Los Pilones was founded by three Mexican brothers who settled in Amsterdam in 2001. Their concept was to bring the real flavors of traditional Mex-Mex cuisine to The Netherlands. Using only the best ingredients from Mexico, such as their own salsas (Chipotle, Habanero, Jalapeño) and Tequila (Silver-Gold-Aged).
