Life’s a Beach is unique in Cornwall, being built into rugged cliffs and only meters from Summerleaze Beach, Bude’s premium beach.
During the day the Mediterranean style beach café is the “in” place to be where FRESH FISH caught from day boats is simply served, you can also choose from a good variety of interesting light stylish dishes! (Yes we also serve chips!) And what we think to be the best coffee, which is freshly roasted locally in Cornwall.
The transformation in the evening is remarkable; day café turns into one of Cornwall’s top Bistros with a large reputation for local fish cooked with style and enthusiasm. Although Life’s A Beach is renown for its fish, nearly half of the dishes are meat, sourced from local farms, vegetarian dishes from local growers cooked with a Life’s a Beach twist
