RESTAURANT D’ALTITUDE
(boucher, fromager affineur, pêcheur, viticulteur, boulanger..) et la modernité de ses techniques de cuisson avancées (cuisson à basse température longue durée, travail avec des thermoplongeurs et cuisson sous vide).
A la carte, les produits du terroir savoyard sont mis en avant, invitant les skieurs à une dégustation axée autour de la production et culture régionale. La fruitière se démarque aussi par son côté déco en s’inspirant des coopératives laitières d’autrefois dans une interprétation design: des bidons de lait en fer blanc jusqu’aux meubles de beaufort, en passant par les tuyaux en zinc et les vêtements du personnel.
Profitant d'une équipe jeune, enthousiaste et dynamique, des cuisines au service, l'accent est mis sur la fraicheur du rapport client/staff, fidélisant nos visiteurs.

The whole menu makes maximum use of quality local (Savoyarde) produce, an open invitation to indulge in the superb regional food culture.
La Fruiterie is equally original in its interior design, taking its inspiration from the old mountain dairies, with a thoroughly modern design interpretation: from the white metal milk churns to the regional Beaufort styled furniture, the visible zinc pipework to the staff uniforms.
The staff team are young, enthusiastic and dynamic, from the kitchens to the front of house, the emphasis is on a totally cool client/staff rapport, creating powerful customer loyalty.
