Kold Trans is America's newest refrigerated carrier. Join us on the road to success!

Dear Existing & Future Business Partners,

It is with much excitement that I introduce you to Kold Trans, America’s newest temperature-controlled transportation company. We are based in Salt Lake City, UT with service throughout the country. In addition to our brand new fleet of 2015 Freightliners and 2015 Utility/Thermo King refrigerated trailers, we also provide refrigerated capacity through our network of third-party carriers through our truckload brokerage. Our hybrid logistics approach, owning equipment and brokering to third-parties, enables us to provide consistent truckload capacity, especially when our customers need it most.

Kold Trans is a joint venture between Knight Transportation and myself, created to be attractive to professional drivers while providing high quality consistent service to our customers, some with our trucks and some with our partner carriers. Knight operates a fleet of 4,000 tractors nationwide, and I have been in the industry for 30 years, most recently as the CEO of Central Refrigerated Service. In order to do this, we are leveraging the administrative capabilities and facility network of Knight Transportation. Meanwhile, it will be my responsibility to establish a culture where driving associates feel like a member of the family and we earn your trust and business through great service. We look forward to providing temperature controlled capacity to serve your company.

Sincerely,

Jon F. Isaacson
