Oma 100% gluteenivaba köögiga pakume lihtsat, kuid värsket lähenemist tervislikule toitumisele ning puhast naudingut tahutud nurkadega Telliskivi Loomelinnaku miljöös. Meid iseloomustab ekstsentriline atmosfäär, mida toetab täiuslik teostus ning elamus, mis on kõike muud, kui igav. Lisaks lahedale äraolemisele pakume nädalavahetusteks tugevat programmi ja muusikaelamusi kuni varajaste hommikutundideni. Paarisajale ruudule oleme paigutanud 80 istekohta ning suvel ootab külalisi 40 kohaline päikesepaisteline terrass.
KÖÖK:
Kivi, Paber, Käärid köök on esimene Eestis, mis pakub terviklikku menüüd nii terviseteadlikule kliendile, kui ka niisama toidunautlejale. Mõlema soovide ja vajaduste eest hoolitseb köök, valides võimalikult puhtalt ning lähedal kasvatatud toorained. Komponendid moodustavad segu talutoodangust, sertifitseeritud mahetoodetest ja puhtast eestimaisest toidust. Peame tooraineid valides oluliseks, et toodang oleks võimalikult vähetöödeldud.
Erinevate toitumislähenemiste ja -piirangutega inimeste teenindamiseks elimineerime köögist täielikult gluteeni sisaldavad teraviljatooted ja omega-6 rikkad taimeõlid. KPK köögi missioon on seejuures tõestada, et kõrge kvaliteediga tervislik toit võib äärmiselt apetiitne välja näha ning maitsemeeltele hellitavat naudingut pakkuda.

Our 100% gluten-free cuisine represents a simple, but fresh approach to healthy eating and sheer enjoyment in the special milieu of the Telliskivi Creative City. We offer an eccentric atmosphere, supported by perfect execution and an experience which is anything but boring. In addition to a pleasant way to spend time we also offer a solid entertainment programme for weekends with music events until the early morning hours. We have arranged 80 seats across a couple hundred square metres, and a sunny terrace with 40 seats awaits guests in the summer.
CUISINE
The cuisine of Kivi Paber Käärid is the first in Estonia to offer a complete menu for the health-conscious customer as well as for the gourmet. Our kitchen takes care of the wishes and needs of both, by selecting ingredients that have been grown nearby and are as natural as possible. The ingredients come from a variety of farm products, certified organic products, and pure Estonian food. We deem it important that the raw materials we select are processed as little as possible.
In order to serve people with different dietary requirements and approaches we exclude gluten-containing grain products and vegetable oils rich in omega-6 from our cuisine. Our mission is to prove that a high-quality healthy meal can look very appetising and offer an indulging enjoyment for your taste buds.
