Josephine's Authentic Mexican Take Out is owned and operated by Creig and Christina Sigurdson. Creig, is a Red Seal Chef with 30+ years experience in the food and hospitality industry. Creig grew up in Transcona. In 1996 he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where he married Christina.
Christina, born and raised in Southern California, grew up in a large, Mexican family. Food was always at the heart of every family gathering. She grew up with the colorful, delicious influence of her Mexican and New Mexican family heritage.
In 2012, Creig moved backed to Transcona, bringing his wife, Christina, daughter, Sarah, son's Noah and Aaron and his passion for mexican food, with him.
