On the enclosed dining deck over the newly rebuilt Galveston Fishing Pier
Bar is open till 11pm daily depending on customer volume.
Our restaurant and bar has the best view in Galveston with the only “over the water” dining around. Fully enclosed for the winter, with a fireplace and heaters to keep you cozy through the cooler months.
On the warmer days, our deck opens all the way around to offer fresh breezes from the amazing Gulf. Jimmy's is a full-service restaurant, allowing you to relax and enjoy the environment while our staff takes care of your dining experience.
Lunch and dinner served 7 days a week. We are open at 9am for breakfast on the weekends. Our claim to fame is our fresh seafood & amazing hamburgers with hand cut french fries. Our house specialty is Fresh Fish Tacos made with locally caught Snapper, and served with our white wine caper sauce. Our Shrimp Po'Boy is a favorite as well, but we have much more than seafood to enjoy. Jimmy's has an extensive Kid's Menu with shrimp tacos and chicken nuggets.
Our Bar offers an extensive collection of premium beers and Texas Wines. Some favorites are:
Galveston Island Brewery Tiki Wheat, Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA, Fat Tire Amber, and Maui Coconut Porter
Jimmy's Bar is open till 2am on Fridays for local drum circle.
Jimmy's on the Pier is quickly becoming a Galveston favorite for locals and visitors, and we're sure it will become your favorite as well. Our staff aims to consistently deliver an “off the hook” guest experience. And the best view in town is the perfect companion to a great meal.
