Jerry died May 31, 2012. Linda & Melissa, with Laura's help, are moving Jeri-Lin's across 10th street into TENTH STREET PLAZA. It is directly across the street from Blytheville High Shool, where the bowling lanes were.
Jerry and Linda moved to Blytheville, Arkansas in 1967. He was department manager for a new Montgomery Ward retail store. He had worked at a bakery while going to college and had dreamed of opening a donut shop; not a chain, but a mom and pop store! So JERI-LIN DONUTS was born on August 25, 1969.
Their children were 10 and 6 years old and they grew up in the donut shop.
