The company came immediately to the fore, offering its customers authentic plates of traditional Italian cuisine. The success of the restaurant is that it offers a daily menu of different plates – salads, appetizer, pasta, risotto, meat, fish and homemade desserts - thus breaking the taboo that the Italians only eat pizza and spaghetti. The Italian chef of the restaurant Alessandro Pistolesi and his team offer, apart from the wide smile, a tasting menu, which attempts, through the great tradition plates, to approach those customers who have less knowledge of authentic Neapolitan cuisine.
