The business is locally owned and managed.
Joanna was born and raised in nearby Brentwood and her husband Aaron is a qualified pastry chef and barista from rural Tasmania with previous cafe management experience.
We are supporting local businesses and suppliers, to provide fresh food options to suit all tastes.
As well as the general store items and fuel available for purchase.
Come and try our burgers made with homemade patties and fresh ingredients on a delicious freshly baked bun.
We offer pizzas on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (5pm til close), all created with freshly made dough, in-house sauces, delicious toppings and baked to perfection for takeaway or eat-in.
We offer several ***gluten free or low gluten options***, including (but not limited to) sandwiches, pizzas, baked desserts and fried chips.
