Happy Days Dairies Ltd., is a proud Canadian Artisan dairy producer serving pure and natural goat milk dairy products and organic cow milk dairy products.
Happy Days Dairies was founded in 1993 by Donat Koller, an artisan cheese maker originally from Switzerland who came to Canada to start a cheese making business. What started as a small family farm and cheese making operation in Salmon Arm, British Columbia supplying local customers and stores in the Okanagan has grown into the largest provider of pure and natural goat milk products in Western Canada. Although demand for goat milk products has grown significantly Happy Days Dairies has remained true to its roots. We keep it simple and local, taking pride in serving our customers where they live with the freshest goat milk products available. Rather then centralizing all operations we have grown and built presences in communities across Western Canada and now have 3 processing plants and 12 local goat milk suppliers in Alberta and British Columbia.
