Here's 2 Health (H2H) creates healthy smoothies blended with fruits, veggies and leafy greens in delicious combinations. They are frozen in convenient pouches so they are ready when you need a wholesome snack.

H2H was born out of my necessity to nourish my three little boys (and hubby) with a healthy, homemade snack. Smoothies were a great option because of all the healthy foods I could sneak in…the pouches were a great option because they are super convenient to take with us on the go.

My family has loved them SO much I thought I would share the healthy love!

How do I use them? Well, I take on road trips, send with the husband as he’s running out the door with no breakfast, pack in the kids lunches, take to soccer games, have while I’m out running errands, use for a dessert option, serve at the kids birthday parties, enjoy at the pool…and that’s to name a few☺
