Greg LaRochelle is the pitmaster behind Grumpy Greg’s. Greg has a strong passion for perfecting the art of smoked meat. Since he got his first smoker, he has dedicated many years to experimenting with meat rub and temperature combinations to achieve the most delicious, mouthwatering smoked meats. Using several types of wood combinations, Grumpy Greg’s meats acquire the perfect balanced of smoke- infused flavor. Greg is a Miami native but has ventured out to adopt the smoking techniques of Texas and North Carolina. His smoked brisket is seasoned perfectly and cut into succulent slices that melt in your mouth, while his sweet and smoky pulled pork is a blue ribbon recipe. Smoking meats for several years for family and friends, Greg is proud to introduce his prized smoked meats to the public for all to savor.
