George's Molon Lavé in Battle Ground Village

George's Molon Lavé is named after a famous Greek phrase that was uttered by King Leonidas the first when the Persian armies demanded that the Greeks surrender their weapons at the Battle of Thermopylae.

In modern Greek, Molon Lavé means, “come and take them”.

We chose to spell Labe, with a "v" instead of a "b" cause the "b" in Greek is pronounced like the "v" in English as you know. Great Greek food. That's the important part regardless of how you spell it.

In each and every dish, we pay homage to the passion of our great-grandmother, and never once dilvulge the secret to how we make our homemade food from scratch.

Serving both Happy Hour from 3:00pm-6:00pm Tuesday/Saturday & dinner from 5:00pm-9;00pm we offer fresh food out of the oven or on the grill all throughout the day.
