Whether you're looking for a drink with friends or you just want a great pub meal, then General Poor's Tavern is the place for you. Our building is more than 100 years old, which provides for a distinct pub atmosphere.
We have a great selection of food that is made daily. Our menu consists of steaks, chicken and seafood. We offer happy hour specials from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and wing and draft specials on Sundays. You pay just $.45 each for chicken wings (buffalo or sesame style) and receive $.50 off our regular draft beer price. Join us on Thursday and Friday for our free happy hour buffet between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If there's a sporting event on, you can watch on one of our 18 flat screen TVs. We pride ourselves in friendly customer service, which is why we sponsor local dart, bowling, and pool leagues. We also offer on and off premise catering. There's always something to do from pool to darts, and with our menu consisting of steak, chicken, fish, and seafood, you can't go wrong with a night at General Poor's Tavern.
