When Elevation opened its doors in December 2000, its
combination of great atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent food
made it an instant favorite. Now, a decade later, Elevation is better
and more popular than ever.

Chef Chris Hall has created a menu that is unique and inspired, yet
straightforward and respectful of the ingredients. Look for creative
yet simple salads and appetizers, handcrafted pasta, the freshest
seafood, and mouthwatering preparations of meat and vegetables from
local farms. Another great option is the small plates, designed to be shared.

Having earned the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence numerous
times, Elevation sommeliers are on hand to help navigate the everexpanding
wine list. And not to be missed is Elevation’s outstanding
bar menu, a reflection of the restaurant’s unique menu served in the
vibrant lounge setting. Elevation is considered a great value, holding
true to the belief that fine dining can be reasonably priced with food,
service, and atmosphere that are all exceptional.

New this year is the “Social Room,” where groups of 8 to 18 can
enjoy a chef’s tasting menu in private. As always, enjoy al fresco dining
on Elevation’s terrace or the European-influenced sidewalk lounge,
offering happy hour specials and unsurpassed people watching.
With so many signature offerings, this quintessential Aspen eatery
is the ideal setting for cocktails and a light bite while the sun sets on
