I've been cooking 18 years professionally. I started in the military. Since the military I've started a catering business. Making traditional, ethnic, and other foods. On this trailer it's chicken wings, burgers and more.. Soon there will be gourmet meals, just stretching out what's inside of me and that's the passion of cooking.
