Dal is chef from Italy, of third generation of Pasta Master.
He has decided to open his own Italian restaurant in Tanabe where his wife is from after gaining professional experience in Italy and Kyoto.
This restaurant "Dal Fresh Pasta" is a fine and casual restaurant where everyone can have the best original pasta and special dishes
and also feel home in a unique Italian atmosphere.
