Our picnic-style concept allows you to pick from 13 different kinds of meat at the pit, then come inside and select your side dishes such as mac ‘n cheese, cole slaw, potato salad, hot cobbler and more. Sink your teeth into a plate of beef ribs, brisket or sausage, or opt for our chicken, turkey or pork loin. Our famous Big Chop is the best you’ll ever taste, and our mesquite coals, giant pits and array of mouthwatering meats are sure to satisfy any empty stomach.
Our dining area is filled with large picnic tables and seats up to 500 diners. We also have two private dining areas that are perfect for events, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, birthdays and more. We also provide catering services for onsite and offsite events.
