Clark’s Bistro is a gourmet sandwich and burger spot during the day. After 4pm Clark's Late Night opens in the back Pub offering fresh creative cocktails.

Clark's Bistro and Pub is the dream of a beer lover and connoisseur of quality cuisine. Clark’s aims to be a full service pub and restaurant with a focus on gourmet lunch sandwiches, American style food, craft beer and a full service bar. It will encompass a 40-seat dining area, a dedicated bar room with 8 rotating taps and an atmosphere of quality, kindness and creativity. We want to create a space that is a home base; a place to escape for lunch in the midst of a busy work week or relax at the end of a hard day. We want a pub where "everybody knows your name," where customers will not only be recognized but anticipated.
