Our honey is gathered from natural bushlands in the Chittering Valley, north of Perth and within Western Australia. Raw and unprocessed honey available.
We were initially attracted to bee-keeping when we became aware of the world-wide problems being encountered by bees from both natural and man-made causes. The more we looked into this the more fascinated with bees we became.
In Western Australia we are very fortunate that we are still free of many pests and diseases which are devastating bee colonies around the globe. Our bushlands are also clean and unpolluted with a range of seasonal flowers from which bees produce distinctive tasting honeys.
So we decided to get involved, and from one beehive on our rural property north of Perth, Western Australia we soon found numbers had grown and so had our supply of honey.
From this, Chittering Valley Honey was born.
Our honey is entirely natural, just as our bees intended. It is pure, raw and unprocessed as we do not heat treat or blend our honey in any way.
Our honey is available in 300g, 500g and 700g glass jars and a 500g plastic squeezy pack.
