Hi my name is Derek. I have 22 years of experience as a chef working in various hotels and restaurants both at home and abroad. I am originally from Dublin but am living and working in Waterford for the last 16 years. I have a flare and passion for creating new flavours and designs for my funky cheesecakes. Charly's Cheesecakes and Desserts is named after my seven year old daughter Charly who loves to help me in the kitchen.

Charly's Cakes offers a large variety of homemade cheesecakes, birthday cakes and desserts made fresh to order for birthdays, christenings, communions, confirmations and any other events. Low calorie and diabetic options are available on request.
Cheesecakes are available in full cakes (16 slices), double portions which are great for sharing and single portions all of which are decorated to a high standard.
