PRODUCTS
Lasagnas- Meat, Cheese, Spinach, Primavera (vegetable)
all of our homemade lasagna are available in 3 different size pans
they are pre-cooked and require just 30 minutes @ 375 degrees
1. two pounder (2.50 lbs.) which feeds 2-3 people
2. six pounder (6.0 lbs.) which feeds 8-10 people
3. twelve pounder (13.25 lbs.) which feeds 20-24 people
Eggplant Parmigiana
comes in the same size pans as the lasagna
Ravioli
Our ravioli are packed by the dozen and are made with a variety of delicious fillings & dough colors:
cheese, beef, spinach, pesto, tre funghi (mushroom),
smoked mozzarella & mushroom, butternut squash
pumpkin, gorgonzola and pear, seafood, roasted pepper,
spinach & pine-nuts, broccoli rabe, and roasted vegetable
Stuffed Shells
Our shells are packed by the 1/2 dozen & hand filled with the following:
cheese, spinach, broccoli, shrimp, meat
Manicotti & Cannelloni
Both are hand rolled and packed by the 1/2 dozen
manicotti can be filled with: cheese or spinach
cannelloni are filled with meat
Tortellini
All tortellini are packed by the pound and filled with either cheese or meat
Gnocchi
Our homemade gnocchi are made from potatoes, eggs & flour and are packed by the pound
Sauces
Casa di pasta sauces are legendary and some say addictive
they are packed in pint (16 oz.) & quart (32 oz.) containers.
Tomato Sauce, Marinara Sauce, Meat Sauce, Cream Sauce, Bolognese Sauce, Puttanesca Sauce and Fra Diavolo Sauce.
*Marinara, Puttanesca and Fra Diavolo also come in jars!*
Cut Pasta
All of our homemade cut pasta is made from a delicate blend of:
durum flour, semolina, eggs & water and come in a multitude of flavors and cuts
Cuts: Fettuccine, Linguine, Angel Hair, Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Hand cut pasta sheets
Flavors: Egg, Spinach, Tomato, Whole Wheat, Squid (black), Beet, Saffron, Basil, Old Bay, Tomato/Basil, Cilantro, Black Pepper, Parmesan, Cholesterol-Free
