Bruster's Ice Cream is a franchise based in Pittsbugh, PA. Our store opened for business on May 12, 2002. Originally a single-use building with walkup windows, the property was redeveloped and enlarged in 2016 to include three tenant spaces, including an Arby's restaurant and Bruster's new home. All our products, including ice cream, yogurt, sherbets, italian ices, and sorbets are made fresh right in our store and we're open year round!!
