Belgian Chef, Thomas Crijns, has teamed up with long time childhood friend Nicolas Servais to deliver a culinary experience like no other. With a passion for European cuisine and an extensive knowledge of Belgian beers, they have created a dining experience centered on culture and the "bon vivant" atmosphere.

About Thomas and Nicolas....

Thomas Crijns
40 years old, graduated from hotel school, passionate about cooking and good products I did all my experience in well-known restaurant in Belgium before moving to California, in Laguna beach, 12 years ago to embark on the Brussels Bistro adventure as a Chef. My desire is to make you discover my passion and Belgian products through the Belgian gastronomy to transport all our customers in Belgium as soon as they get in Brussels Bistro.

Nicolas Servais
40 years old, Childhood friend of Thomas, graduated in hotel management, I did my experience in the hotel industry in different countries all over the world. I did own a restaurant and developed a catering business during 10 years in Belgium before moving to California in 2016 ! Passionate about discovering other cultures and excited about new challenges, let’s make your visit at Brussels Bistro a “once in a lifetime experience”!
