Situated on Steep Hill, Browns Pie Shop is in the heart of historic Cathedral City of Lincoln and is one of the city’s favourite dining establishments.
The restaurant is owned by Allan and Christine Gill who took the helm in November 2005. With the help of their family, have enhanced its already excellent reputation.

But that’s not all we do.
Fish, seafood, steaks, game, vegetarian and gluten free dishes are all available.

In a recent interview Allan said, “Our aim is to deliver a high quality food and excellent service at a reasonable price. Where possible we source our ingredients locally, we keep our dishes interesting and our staff are very attentive – most of whom have been with us from the start…”
