Brother Jimmy’s first opened in NYC in 1989 and has celebrated over 20 years of legendary North Carolina, slow-smokin’ barbeque. As suggested by the restaurant’s slogan – “Put Some South in Yo’ Mouth” - Brother Jimmy’s mission was, and still is, to bring “down-home” cooking, southern hospitality and merriment to the heart of the Northeast, San Juan, Puerto Rico and South Florida! Their first South Florida location opened in 2012 at Mary Brickell Village and just recently expanded to the Shops of Sunset Place and Dolphin Mall.
