A classic traditional country pub where we aim to create a good atmosphere, and provide pleasant service, delicious food and a range of beverages.

Braidwood Hotel

Recently under new ownership and management, The Braidwood Hotel (formerly known as the Commercial Hotel), is a classic Georgian style hotel built in 1859. Events at the Hotel have featured in the first NSW Royal Commission into police corruption, it has featured in the movie 'The Year My Voice Broke' and Mick Jagger was known to play the piano here while he was filming 'Ned Kelly'. The Hotel has been undergoing a long and loving restoration previously by the Mitchell family, and being continued by the current owners. Do keep checking in as we provide updates on our latest updates and renovation activities as we work to restore the Hotel to its former glory!
