Joel prepares BP’s barbecue fresh each day the old fashioned way, no short cuts, and when we sell out, it's gone! At The Bodacious Pig, we dry rub our BBQ and slow smoke it for hours until it’s perfect. Why go through all this work? The reason for this is simple; it’s the only way to get the absolute best BBQ possible!
All of our appetizers, side dishes, and desserts will be made in-house daily by the Chef/Owners. The tender lovin’ technique that we use to make all our food will draw customers in for miles! Former customers have told us that our food is so good, it's addictive!
