Bo’s brings all the best of Montauk, New York and New Orleans together reflecting the culinary roots of our chef partners.
The Flatiron restaurant Bo's Kitchen & Bar Room opened in October 2013 with multiple areas of influence. From South Edison to Crave Fishbar and Bo Young’s family recipe for savory Monkey Bread, at Bo’s you will enjoy a deliciously eclectic cuisine.
Chef Frank Fuschetto serves dishes such as fried alligator, seared scallops, housemade fettuccine, and beignets. The bar menu includes classics like the Sazarac as well as creations from mixologist Jeremy Strawn such as the Antebellum, which mixes bourbon, blood-orange tea, lemon, and mint. In addition to the 60-seat bar/lounge and dining room, there is a downstairs lounge dubbed Garden District. Both floors are available for private events.
