Our artisan breads are created by hand under the close supervision of master baker Keith Kouris in the centuries old tradition of European bakers.
Our breads have no preservatives, stabilizers or dough conditioners. They are created with unbleached and unbromated wheat or rye flour, waters, sea salt and natural leavenings.
