Fruit & vegetables naturally contain a lot of water. At AquaBotanical we found a way to harvest this water from the freshest Australian produce and created a new category in the water market, Botanical Water, 100% from fruit & vegetables.

AquaBotanical is sustainable as we use the produce, which Australian farmers cannot sell to supermarkets due to superficial imperfections (so-called Ugly Fruit) or an over abundance. AquaBotanical utilises produce which is perfectly edible, but not saleable.

With our world renowned and globally awarded innovative technology, we can now use 'rejected' Australian fruit and vegetables to make juice and drinking water in parallel ensuring maximum usage so none of our precious produce goes to waste.

AquaBotanical has a clean, subtle and refreshing taste which is why it is perfect for pairing with food and wine. Encased in a beautiful blue glass bottle, our still or sparkling Australian Botanical Water looks stunning on your dining table.
