Our mission is to serve the freshest burgers and craft beers from our two locations in Denver and Westminster. We make buns, cheese and sauces from scratch, and grill up our burgers using Colorado-raised beef. We even churn our ice cream in-house daily.
With locations in Denver and Westminster, 5280 Burger Bar delivers an eclectic menu of fresh, all-natural burgers with the freshest ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Led by the talented Chef Derek Baril, we make our own buns, American cheese and sauces from scratch, and grill up our burgers made with Colorado-raised Angus beef, with options like Wagyu beef, sushi-grade tuna, pork belly and lamb. We serve our burgers with hand-cut fries, farm-fresh salads, and creamy milkshakes, sundaes and cones from our very own 5280 ice cream shop right next door. We even have our very own beer, the 5280 Lager, on tap exclusively at our bar. Visit us in the Denver Pavilions for lunch or dinner — we can't wait to see you!
