1907 Meat Company is a small independent meat market founded and based in Oklahoma. We source animals direct from small family farms in Oklahoma then use our in-house staff of highly trained butchers and chef’s to create a connection between small farm agriculture and a customer base that is increasingly concerned about the origin and quality of their food.
