Wine Down is a new concept low-pressure high-end restaurant for the 21+ crowd. We have three main focus points; Wine, Cocktails, & Food. We have 5 Italian wine machines loaded with 48 different wines that dispense wine by calculated increments and preserve the wine for quite sometime. These machines allow the customer either be served by the staff or self-serve by using a special card to access the machine. We have a Craft Cocktail bar that features a seasonally rotating cocktail menu with about 25+ cocktails and over 250 unique spirits (about 100 being whiskey). Lastly our food menu is mainly Tapas style with a rotating list of about 15 sharable plates and some large dinner options as well. Kitchen hours are Monday-Thursday 4PM-10PM and Friday & Saturday 4PM-11PM. Bar service typically continues at least an hour after the kitchen closes, typically till 2AM on weekend nights.
