The Chefs Table at the Edgewater Tasting Room In May of 2008, Chef Kevin & Laurie Tarter took a chance on their dream and opened what was to become the Award-Winning Chef’s Table Restaurant-Central Florida’s Fine Dining Gem. The 3 Course Dinner became an Orlando favorite. In August of 2011, The Tarters expanded the restaurant to include a casual, ‘tapas inspired’ concept focusing on small plates & big flavors, as well as artisanal craft cocktails & martinis.
