We started as a Pop-Up Ice cream shop scooping our ice cream throughout the Capital District. We use NY dairy along with local produce from Capital area farms. At the DU we put a beer centric twist into many of our flavors and constantly think beyond Vanilla.
Our Retail location is coming soon to 282B River St in Troy NY. Even before we served our first scoop of ice cream we had always hoped to someday find a home in Troy, so we gave our cow wings just like the Troy Flying Horses.
