All of our cooking is from scratch. Because we cook traditional Mexican recipes, our re-fried Peruano beans and tamales contain lard as do the pork menu items. Both the red and green rices contain chicken stock. Black beans are completely vegetarian. Tortillas do not contain lard. We fry in oil that is trans-fat free and saute with canola and extra virgin olive oils.

First off, ParadICE Shave Ice is not a crunchy snow cone. It is a delicious island inspired treat tantalizing your taste buds from the first to last bite. We use block shavers to shave super fluffy ice into a traditional flower cup. Then we pour our delicious homemade syrups on top.
