Owner and pie designer, Brett K. has been tossing pies for nearly 3 decades! In 1992 he moved from Ventura to Redding and brought his love for pizza pie with him. Brett opened up Shasta Pizza Company in March of 1992 and the rest is history!
Not all pizzas are created equal. Our dough is made fresh throughout the day, using local honey instead of sugar and only the finest olive oil. Veggies are hand chopped daily and only supreme meats are used.
