“Edible Art Specialty Cakes & Cookies” was born in a small home kitchen in the piney woods of East Texas. Mom’s found custom cakes and cookies made with pride for their children. Then, the Longview Ballet ordered 600+ swan cookies for their performance of “Swan Lake.” “Edible Art” was no longer a secret.
