The official Grand Opening of Charlie’s occurred on May 15th. The new restaurant is part of a long-term plan started two years ago by Chuck Schroeder, CEO of Putnam County Comprehensive Services. The goal of the restaurant is to train and employ individuals with disabilities with minimal 25% of its workforce. It is also intended to be profitable so PCCS can be less dependent on state and federal dollars.

We are open every day at 11am.
Our kitchen closes at 9pm throughout the week, and at 10pm on the weekends.
The bar, tavern, lounge, and patio will remain open as long as we have guests there (everything shuts down by 2am). Check out our "Bambrews Tiki Bar" out on the patio.
