Little History About Us Originally called the Jubille in commeration of Queen Victoria this pub was built in 1935 as part of a local 'slum clearance' the pub being built next to the original 1784 ale house. A friendly pub overlooking the harbour.
Our vision for the Pullman is to take a traditional pub and create a space that both challenges and excites our guests. The decor is less conventional with a relaxed atmosphere. We want to create a gastro pub with a great reputation in Folkestone and the surrounding area for our food and service. The menu at its core will be comprised of grilled steaks, local fish, tapas and other dishes with a large emphasis on why we choose both our dishes and our produce.
