Marsilio’s Kitchen is the latest creation of Alan Meinster, owner of Marsilio’s Catering and Event Planning. Meinster is best known for the personal dining experience he and his team of chefs provided at Marsilio’s Restaurant in Chambersburg, NJ from 1986 to 2007.
The newly named “Kitchen” honors the original Marsilio’s Kitchen established in 1951.
