We have been in the service business our entire adult lives. Service is where it all starts and ends. I rate service as much as the produce in a shop or restaurant.
After years of working and running other peoples businesses and serving people in the air!!! We opened Mash Café & Restaurant in Rathmines, Dublin. Though a very non restaurant area, through hard work, great service and food, we gave it our all became a local success. We got some great reviews over the years with Mash not least my favourite “The Friendliest Duo In Ireland” by The Lonely Planet Guide.
