Miyoshi Ramen is called as Eastern Yokozuna in the city of Fukuoka, home of Tonkotsu Ramen. Kunio Inoue opened shop in Fukuoka in 1977. He was the founder of unique experience known as person of ability as mechanical watch maker. Kunio was about 60 years with his wife and four children when he decided to challenge the world of Ramen which was out of his expertise.
