We are a small veteran owned family farm producing pickled products and jellies such as asparagus, eggs and prickly pear products, sourcing our produce from other small family farm businesses. Everything we make is packed by hand in old-fashioned mason jars just the way our grandmothers did. I have spent several years playing around and experimenting with recipes, having friends and family as willing guinea pigs for them all in order to come up with the amazing products we now offer, and our products are lab tested for shelf life stability and safety.
