Located just outside of Cedarburg at Five Corners on Highway 60 next to Cedar Crest Ice Cream, our craft brewery offers ample parking to get out of the main drag, while still being close to the heart of everything.
The brainchild of a locally-raised homebrewer, The Fermentorium opened its doors early in 2016. Currently offering twenty four beers on tap, the brewery also distributes to restaurants and bars all over Southeastern Wisconsin.
The Hub at Cedar Creek is a #restaurant, banquet & catering facility. We are located on over 500' of picturesque Cedar Creek in the town of #Cedarburg. With almost 5 acres of land, we can host large outdoor events such as family reunions, company pic-nics and outdoor weddings complete with menus to complement those events such as pig and chicken roast, barbeque or fish boil.
