A Natural Way is a café that is located in Carpenter Plaza, 2568 Western Ave, Guilderland. It is owned by by two best friends that want to offer an inviting, warm, comfortable atmosphere that offers natural foods.

Fiamma is a single mom of two teenage boys. She is passionate about helping others, and has taught her boys to do the same. Fiamma's Enchanted Cafe is her way of giving back. She has been blessed in so many ways and wants to continue to help others both within her community and around the world.

The cafe will also have a unique gift shop offering patrons the opportunity to purchase local artisans crafts, Fair Trade items from around the world, and Products with Purpose....
We are open for the season as of today Wednesday March 22, 2017 9am til 6pm every day of the week except for Independence Day, July 4, Thanksgiving, Nov. 23 and Christmas, Dec. 25. until the end of December.
Nestled at the foot of the Helderbergs amidst sprawling fields of apple trees, Indian Ladder Farmstead Cidery and Brewery forges craft beers and hard ciders with ingredients grown right on the farm.
The tasting room overlooks the hop yard, with rows of climbing hop bines. In the distance are fields of barley and oats, destined to be harvested for brewing.
The menu features delicious New York State farm products, including our popular New York cheese board.
