The UB philosophy is based on respect for local grape growers and winemakers, for the food and produce of the region, and for the local community and it's people. We use the freshest quality vegetables, meats and seafood. We believe in seasonality, sustainability, and wherever possible supporting local farmers.

We celebrate good wine and food, honour the history and heritage of our venue, and provide a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.

We continually seek the freshest, most local food produce, and wherever possible source direct from local farmers and producers.

Our wine selection highlights the unique flavours and integrity of Orange grapes and vineyards, and showcases the skill and talent of our local winemakers.

Our on-site vegetable patch yields an impressive array of seasonal herbs and vegetables that are incorporated daily into our menu. The garden is lovingly tended to by the UB’s team of passionate chefs.
