The company was founded in April 2016 by Gavin and Rebecca Smith (Bex).

Due to Bex's long term addiction to biltong, Gavin's Grandmother bought her a biltong box for Christmas.

Everybody loved the Biltong she produced.

Shall we say.... the rest is history!
